摘要
The paper first puts forward the concept of environment-friendly degree, and establishes the evaluation indicators system of regional environment- friendly degree based on the Pressure-State-Response framework. Then the paper applies the principal component projection model to quantitatively evaluate environment-friendly degree. The paper conducts a real case to evaluate the environment-friendly degree in 17 regions in Anhui province, China. Based on analyses of the evaluation results, we get these factors that can mainly affect the environmental- friendliness in a region. At the same time, the paper offers advice so as to facilitate the construction of environment- friendly society in Anhui province.
