摘要
The problem of tracking maneuvering targets has been studied extensively since 1960s. While the previously developed algorithms provide good tracking performance before and after the maneuver, their performance during a maneuver are not easily modeled. In this paper, a kinematic constraint is used as additional information about the target to improve the tracking of the time-varying accelerations without significantly increasing the computational cost. The filter equations for tracking constant speed target using kinematic constraint are given, and the bias analysis are presented. Finally, a summary and conclusions are given.
