摘要：

The perpetual complexity of markets has favoured the introduction of "Lean Production Systems" not only in the automotive industry but also in other industries [1]. Forced by supplier-improvement activities by the know-how leaders, these approaches become more and more relevant for small and medium-sized enterprises (SME). In conclusion "due to economical interweavernent [...] a binding to the principal's production culture" occurs [2]. This article presents a methodological approach to deal systematically with this problem.
