摘要
NiO/ZnO composite powder was synthesized by a solid-state reaction process. As-received materials and synthesized powder were examined by X-ray diffraction for phase identification. Morphology study and particle size distribution of as-received and NiO/ZnO mixed oxide powder was examined by scanning electron microscopy and LASER particle size analyzer. Dielectric characteristics of the powders were measured in the frequency range of 10 Hz to 10 MHz at room temperature. (c) 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
