摘要：

We report the case of a 12-year-old male patient with repeated episodes of sudden and transient loss of consciousness sensation with immediate recovery, while preparing himself for school. Anamnesis, exploration and complementary tests will be key elements for a diagnosis of exclusion and the subsequent set of guidelines for its avoidance.
