摘要：

Moral capital surpasses the traditional physical capital, social capital and human capital, which is an important part of the human resources system. We use fuzzy mathematical theory to build a corporate ethics evaluation of the quantitative model of capital stock so as to guide the development of human resources management and enhance its moral capital stock.
