Because supply chain management advocates cooperation, integration, can enhance the whole competition, and it is used in manufacturing widely and successfully With the constant practice in the use and constantly improvement of the theoretical system. Supply chain management in the construction industry gets more and more concern. This paper analyzes the coordination in construction industry supply chain, Construct a basic game theory model and discuss the strategies of construction industry. It can improve the construction efficiency; therefore can be good for policy makers to make decisions.
