摘要：

In this paper, the authors construct an evaluation index system to evaluate the efficiencies of urban circular economy. By using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) and Principal Component Analysis (PCA), a combined PCA-DEA evaluation model was proposed. It is demonstrated by an example that the model can be used not only to evaluate the efficiency of urban circular economy, but also to figure out sensitive factors that can improve efficiency of urban circular economic development. This research may provide references for governments to improve their efficiency of urban circular economy.
