Selected-control synthesis and photoluminescence properties of tungsten oxide nanowires and nanoparticles

摘要
Tungsten oxide with various morphologies and particle sizes were synthesized by a hydrothermal method in the presence of various salts. The properties of products were characterized by SEM, TEM, XRD and EDX. Effects of morphologies and particle sizes on the photoluminescence Of WO3 nanocrystals were also investigated. Photo luminescence mechanism of tungsten oxide with various morphologies and particle sizes was proposed.
