Optimization of Z Coal Mine Inventory Management Research

With the rapid development of the logistics industry, inventory management, as the most important link in the logistics system, has been paid more and more attention by enterprises. This paper takes the Z coal mine warehouse as the research object, selecting different management objectives for different types of inventory, putting forward reasonable optimization schemes. This paper selects the test rating of the optimization scheme, comparing and analyzing the changes of the model before and after optimization. Finally, it is found that the optimization scheme is of great help to improve the inventory management, reducing the inventory, increasing the inventory turnover rate, reducing the total cost and improving the service level. This study has certain reference value for solving the optimization of inventory management of relevant enterprises.
