Dielectric investigations of PZT under high pressures and low temperatures

摘要
Dielectric properties of Pb(Zr1-xTix)O-3 ceramics were measured for various solid solutions ranging from Zr-rich (x = 0.4) to Ti-rich (x = 0.6) compositions as a function of pressure (up to 2 GPa) and temperature (from -100 degrees C to 100 degrees C). As previously established by structural investigations, dielectric measurements confirm the existence of ferroelectrie-ferroelectric transitions induced by both moderate hydrostatic pressures and low temperatures.
