摘要：
The lifecycle theory is a theoretic foundation for corporate sustainable development. This is because the theory contributes to mark off an enterprises' development phase, analyze the features of different development phases, and forecast corporate development trend. The paper divides corporate development trend into three types, disclose the features of different types, and suggested five features of sustainable corporate development in line with the lifecycle theory.
