摘要
In the article, a new transformerless quadratic high step-up converter has been introduced. The maximum point of the duty cycle provide a 12.5 times voltage gain and it is 3 for the 50 percent duty cycle. The continuous input current and high voltage gain are the features which make it suitable for renewable applications. The proposed converter has been composed of a Zeta converter and a Buck-Boost converter which the topology structure has been analyzed. The mathematical relations have been obtained for Continuous Current Mode (CCM) and the non-ideal mode has been investigated as the ideal. In addition, the voltage gain behavior has been studied for both modes and the simulation results have been compared and reported. Furthermore, the efficiency behavior has been plotted for a various range of output powers by the calculated loss relations. Finally, the components' current and voltage curves have been simulated and obtained by PLECS.
