Self-efficacy refers to the individual's faith that they control and influence on their own lives and activities. Students' self-efficacy refers to the subjective understanding and belief that students have confidence in completing learning behavior. By analyzing the interaction relationship between teachers and students' self-efficacy, this paper puts forward several strategies to improve the effectiveness of online teaching: repositioning teachers and students' roles, designing teaching contents and processes rationally, using teaching methods and means flexibly, and implementing scientific feedback and evaluation.
