On Sino-US Trade Friction Caused by Intellectual Property Rights

Intellectual property has become the core of the system with respect to the current international economic society and the protection of intellectual and technical achievements, but there are some differences between the law of intellectual property protection in the world, which makes the trade activities have some trade friction because of related to intellectual property rights, it requires a correct understanding and reasonable solution. Based on the Sino US intellectual property rights trade friction, combined with the actual data and cases, this paper analyzed the current situation of Sino US intellectual property trade friction and seek solutions.
