摘要
We investigate the influence of the effective g-factor from optically detected spin-magnetophonon resonance (ODSMPR) phenomena, including the Zeeman spin Hamiltonian term, in bulk polar semiconductors in magnetic fields. The conditions for the appearance of the ODSMPR. line shape near the main peaks due to the resonant scattering of photons as functions of the magnetic field strength and the incident photon frequency applied to the bulk semiconductor are obtained. We also obtain the magnetoconductivity from the ODSMPR. phenomena, including the Zeeman splitting. Furthermore, we suggest the possibility of finding the effective g-factor from the spin-magnetophonon resonance (SMPR) conditions.
