摘要
LC-PUFA play an important role in maturation nervous system. Breastfed children receive LC-PUFA from mother's milk. Standard formulas have no contain LC-PUFA. Results of studies on LC-PUFA supplementation are not equal. But more and more authors prove its profitable influence on children development. However there are no equal directive which group of children should be included to supplementation, which acids should be supplemented and in which quantity, proportions and how long supplementation should last.
