摘要：

The new social security system of China has gone through four stages of establishment, development, halt and reform. At present, the social security system of China has achieved remarkable success. However, along with the development of social security cause, there are still some problems that need to solve urgently in the practice of social security of China. A quantitative analysis and evaluation of social security standard of 31 provinces, cities and municipality is conducted with the Factor Analysis Method and Cluster Analysis Method in this paper.
