In this paper, introduce the whole design of online state monitoring system certain missile system, firstly introduces the cause of developing the monitoring system, next, introduces the design of hardware and software of the monitoring system in separately,. During the design represents the whole structure of the hardware and software of the monitoring system., and gives the technique which adopted of the design of hardware and software.
