摘要
The electrical loads characteristics and work regime define the type of the load curves (profiles) for the various economic subjects, the electrical power's effective usage and the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). With the technological development and its accessibility, the equipment in manufacturing plants and public buildings is replaced. This requires periodic researches of the electrical loads. This report refers to the classification of the basic electrical loads' types in the public buildings in relation with their purpose, the electromagnetic disturbance upon the electrical power quality (EMC) and the power factor. Apart from this, the load curves (profiles) of specific public buildings have been reviewed and analyzed. Their indicators (characteristics) have been defined, various problems have been commented and decision-making methods have been proposed. The results from this research can be used both for electrical power supply design of similar objects and for exploitation from engineers and power managers.
