摘要
Surgical management of congenital adrenal hyperplasia in young girls. Congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH) is the commonest cause of virilization in genetically female children. Although no consensus has been reached concerning the indications, surgical management of these patients has improved considerably over the last twenty years. The authors describe the main genitoplasty techniques currently used and report their results, although they are difficult to interpret in view of the small number of published series.
