摘要
Nonstationary processes involved in the interaction of a CO2 laser beam with a free-falling drop of water were numerically simulated by calculating the gasdynamic streamlining of the drop by air, the temperature field in the drop, and the two-phase transformations on the liquid surface. Validity of the model and the results of calculations were checked in experiment. The study was aimed at explaining the effects related to degradation of large polysaccharide molecules in a drops of aqueous solution under the action of laser radiation.
