摘要：
A 19-year-old woman presented with a 3-week history of abdominal distension. Clinical examination and computed tomography showed a right adnexal mass occupying most of the pelvis and lower abdomen. The serum CA 125 level was 236 U/mL. A 36 x 27 x 9 cm, 3160-g tumor was removed at laparotomy. Histology showed an extrauterine mixed epithelial-mesenchymal tumor with adenosarcomatous components. Extrauterine mixed epithelial-mesenchymal tumors in young women are rare but considered to be of low malignant potential with a low risk of recurrence.
