摘要
With the improvement of people's living standards and the rapid development of the national economy as a whole, the community's attention to environmental issues and the specific research are gradually strengthening and deepening. Now the phenomenon of express packaging waste becomes a social emergency problem to be solved. In this essay, we designed a set of express delivery cycle of low-carbon management system combined with today's low-carbon concept. Besides, it utilizes the techniques of mathematical modeling and application programming to realize the express packaging of low carbon management from four aspects: environmental protection of packaging materials, standardization of packaging size, optimization of transportation route and recycling mechanism systematization.
