This study aims to examine the mediating effect of organizational commitment between organizational citizenship behavior problems, transformational leadership, and quality of work life. The research used is quantitative, with data analysis techniques using software utilized to run PLS-SEM in the research framework with a sample of 266 respondents from hotel employees in Banten Province, DKI Jakarta, and West Java, Indonesia. The results of this study are able to explain that all variables such as transformational leadership, organizational commitment, and quality of work-life had a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment fully mediates the relationship between quality of work-life and transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions for the progress of companies in the hospitality industry when many hotel businesses have decreased revenues due to COVID-19, changing the function of the hotel into a place of selfisolation. Therefore, the role of quality of work-life on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior needs to be improved so that hotel businesses continue to maintain their business by having good workforce behavior, through improving organizational citizenship behavior, transformational leadership, and quality of work-life as the right steps to increase commitment organization of employees. Future research is expected to add other variables and other sectors.
