摘要
Innovations in ICD-11 include the adoption of a lifespan approach and culture-related guidance for each disorder. We describe the changes made to the chapter Feeding and Eating Disorders and compared them to the ICD-10. In addition to illustrating the revision of the guidelines for each disorder, we also comment on the inclusion of a new set of diagnoses, avoidant/restrictive food intake disorder (ARFID) and binge-eating disorder (BED).
