摘要
Knowledge management has been introduced in different organizations due to its differential in dynamic environments. Knowledge is a strategic resource that provides support for the creation of an organization, whether for profit or not. The individual in the organization, directly or indirectly impacts the organizational culture. Organizational culture influences learning, behavior and the sharing of institutional knowledge. In this sense, this study proposes to discuss about the influence exercised by individuals in the organizational culture so that sharing of explicit knowledge occurs effectively and efficiently. Thus, an excerpt from the organizational culture theme was extracted from a systematic literature review on knowledge sharing in associations. As a result, it was realized that the organizational culture can be created, managed and transformed from the empowerment of individuals to share knowledge, making these become the most valuable asset of the institution.
