摘要
The electrified railway with rich harmonics varies randomly, the power factor is too low to meet the national standards. Moreover, the negative phase sequence (n p s) current is serious. It is significant and urgent to settle those problems. The special power supply way of the electrified railway-three phases are turned into two phase and special load situation, It is extremely apt to cause a large number of waves in harmony and inactive power. The paper introduces Thyristor Switched Capacitor (TSC) used in the power systems to compensate reactive power. The fundamental compensation proprinciple, classification, configuration of the main circuit. Characteristic produced to the inactive power of the electrified railway, through the thyristor-switched capacitor realized the inactive power is compensation, Switched different counts with TSC, by the MATLAB emulated the result, though comparing to elect optimum switched groups, in order to improve the power factor.
