On differences of cognitive reasoning between managers and technologists

摘要
Based on the Cognitive Science, Psychology and Management, the article studied the effect of cognitive reasoning on different working types. With the result of the positive research, it suggested because of the difference in working objects and in the professional background, there was a significant difference between the technologists and the managing workers in the total score, and the managing workers had a higher frequency than the technologists in the cognitive reasoning. The research has certain reference value to firms for their staff recruitment, staff career development and career improvement.
