摘要
The influence of curing process has been studied by applying the FRA impedance measurements. The impedance analysis for the unformed positive electrode in dilute sulfuric acid solution was performed after constant potential anodization. From the impedance analysis and the curve fitting to an equivalent circuit, it was showed that the reaction resistance for lead sulfate on surface of the electrode and the resistance of grid/active material interface changed with the curing temperature and humidity, According to the overcharge test for an electrode in an electrolyte rich cell, the unformed positive electrode performance depended on the curing temperature and humidity. The results showed that there was the suitable condition in curing process and it was 65 degrees C and 0.12kg H2O/kg dry air.
