摘要
In a wide wavelength range, an accurate simulation (with reproducing by class A and even more precisely) enabling a high-precision tuning of the spectral irradiance in the solar simulators has been remaining the challenge of undivided attention for those who develop the instrumentation dedicated for testing of up-to-date A3B5 high-efficiency multi-junction (M.T) solar cells (SC). The photovoltaic industry has gone from the triple-junction solar cells, which had been used by that branch widely in both a space-grade photovoltaic and a terrestrial one, to the four- to six-junction concepts. This transition has generated requests for new spectrally tunable solar simulators delivering at the same time a broadened range of concentrated irradiation levels. This paper contributes the results to experimental studying the radiation parameters for a Pulsed Solar Simulator with Optically Coupled xenon Lamps (OptiCoL-Flasher) dedicated to forming both the space AMO and the terrestrial AM1.5D spectra while providing a level of irradiation in the working area of more than 2000X.
