摘要:
A simple method is used for finding approximate stress intensity factors in cracked plates. It takes into account the elastic crack tip stress singularity and is based on the equilibrium condition for internal forces evaluated in the section passing through the crack tip. The results are in reasonable agreement with the more accurate calculations.
