摘要
This paper proposes an explicit predictive control of temperature inside a drying blower based on the offline optimization of the control law, and a piecewise affine model obtained by hybrid identification. With the piecewise identification, nonlinear systems can be described by a unique model composed by sub-models with separated domains of validity, and a clear switching law between them. The explicit MPC was implemented on the drying blower, using Matlab and a programmable logical controller S7200. The results showed that we can get a performing predictive control by using cheap controllers.
