By the methods of documentary, questionnaire investigation, interview method of Shandong Province rural schools sports development present situation, the study found: sports teaching in accordance with the requirements in some schools still cannot shift, and still have PE occupied or physical problems such as the happening, Most schools are scarce and existing equipment, waste, etc; the coexistence idle PE teachers' qualifications, titles, such as the age structure still insufficient ideal, reach the requirements, Rural schools sports education and rural areas, in a neglected and marginalized abnormal condition.
