Smart Sports is the new prospect of the development of sports information in China. After analyzing the concept of smart sports, this paper designs the development frame, comprehensive data platform and public service platform of Smart sports which integrates modern information technology such as big data, Internet of things, mobile Internet, cloud computing, etc.
