摘要
Over the years, organized crime has proved adaptive and resistant to governmental efforts to vanquish it. Today, organized crime has learned to master the new technologies and already employs cyber-space in its commercial endeavors. By learning to adapt new technologies, organized crime has converted itself into a more formidable opponent.
