摘要
We have measured the influence of external magnetic field on maximum DC Josephson current I-c(B) of ramp-type High Temperature Superconducting (HTS) Josephson juncitons. The external magnetic field orientation was parallel to the junction barrier and perpendicular to the current through the junction. In the most cases the magnetic field dependence of the critical current is different from the ideal Fraunhofer-like diffraction pattern. We have numerically calculated the critical current dependence on the magnetic field based on our model to explain the unconventional shape of measured Ic(B). Our analyses lead to the conclusion that deviations in the shape of I,(B) from the ideal Fraunhofer-like diffraction pattern are caused not only by trapped magnetic fluxes, in the superconducting electrodes in the vicinity of the barrier, but are influence by specific d-wave function of HTS.
