The Enterprise Development Strategy Based on Corporate Social Responsibility: The Case of G Company

摘要
We study the case of G Company which is one of the outstanding enterprises in China and has been delivering a strong desire to fulfill social responsibility. In this paper, we study the implementation of CSR, the way of G Company incorporate CSR into its strategies, the content of CSR and finally the effect of it. We take the financial report and corporate social responsibility report as the foundation of information, and the numerical analysis method has been used for data analysis. We find that G Company has set a relatively complete strategic framework to perform CSR, and it was a big effort by G Company in three aspects: product innovation, charity and integrity. Finally, some important enlightenment can be drawn by examining the case.
