摘要：

Central Economic Work Conference has proposed to develop the strategic emerging industry explicitly. It is not only focus on the current international financial crisis but also a major strategic plan to make sustainable development in the future. Strategic emerging industry is an intelligence-intensive industry, its development largely depends on whether it master a high-tech and innovative person, but this new talented persons are not readily available, so we should focus on the professionals development first to develop the strategic emerging industry. This paper first describes the emergence and development of the strategic emerging industry, the status of professionals development in domestic and international,then describs the knowledge related with the strategic emerging industry, from the government, universities in Zhenjiang and companies three aspects proposed some measures and suggestions of Strengthen the personnel development of the strategic emerging industry in Zhenjiang in connection with the development status of Zhenjiang City, Jiangsu Province.
