Performance Evaluation of Manufacturing Service Organization Based on DEA

Performance is the focus of manufacturing managers. The article constructs performance evaluation system of manufacturing service organization by integrated internal and external index, and set up a performance evaluation model based on DEA method. Then the model is used to evaluate the performance of a complex system, which is composed of more than one homogeneous decision-making unit and have more influencing factors (multi-input) and output index (multi-output). In order to informationize management process, the research analyses cases and programs by Matlab7.0 to compare the order of organizations' performance, determine the validity of technology and scale, analyses management problem diagnoses, and so on. It is significative for improving organizational performance management level and resource utilization rate.
