摘要
Congenital adrenal hyperplasia is by far the most common cause of ambiguous genitalia. The occurrence of ovarian cysts has not been previously described in the classical salt-wasting form of 21-hydroxylase-deficient congenital adrenal hyperplasia. We report a very rare case of bilateral ovarian cysts in one such neonate. (C) 2010 Elsevier Inc. All rights reserved.
