摘要：

Now there are some disadvantages in archives management system, for example lost messages, poor storage, inconvenience, a waste of space and on. The paper tells about the system of archives management which based on Internet of Things. We print digital pattern on the files. In archives management system through the communication of electronic tags, digital pen and service PC, realizes functions, including intelligence, location, track, remote access and more others. That makes up for the disadvantages we tell on the beginning. The system improves efficiency, saves cost and improves use ratio of space.
