摘要：

This paper describes experience of the Republic of Moldova in consolidation of limited human, technical and financial resources from different research and state institutions in prevention of illicit trafficking and accidents involving nuclear and radioactive materials through the public organization "Centre of Scientific Technical Development INOTEH" with the statute of a nongovernmental and nonprofit organization (NGO). It brings together experts from different relevant scientific and state organizations acting, within NGO on a voluntary basis.
