摘要：
With the rapid development of technology and economic globalization, competition is not limited to one facet of competitors. The competition among enterprises' alliances is becoming more and more important. Trust has often become the bottleneck for inter-firm cooperation. Based on the discussion of the meaning and dimensions of trust, the paper analyzes the evolutionary path of inter-firm trust and cooperation and puts forward the suggestions to promote the trust building.
