摘要：

Fungi of the genera Alternaria and Ulocladium are usually isolated from marine habitats, but they have not been identified till now. The morphological characteristics of the isolates obtained from bottom sediments, seaweed, and marine foam of Peter the Great Bay (the Sea of Japan) are given. Their halotolerancity has been defined. The new species Ulocladium litoreum sp. nov. has been described.
