摘要：
The article firstly defines three key elements of the crisis management of Eco-industrial Parks. Then it proposes the viewpoints that we should establish the crisis management committee of Eco-industrial Parks and structure the crisis management system including early warning system, dealing system, summarizing system and resuming system. It can provide some reference for the development of Eco-industrial Parks in China.
