摘要：

The teaching of college English should follow the principle of providing different guidance for different groups of students and instructing them in accordance with their aptitude so as to meet the specific needs of the individualized teaching. All the courses, with the objective to develop students' ability to use English in a well-rounded way, should be fully individual-oriented, scientifically designing College English courses based on students' learning needs, developing students' ability to study independently, stressing college English teachers' development, so as to realize sustainable development in the circumstance of new course reform.
