Design of Biometric Authentication Technique for MANET Based Emergency Response System

摘要
In today's world many are faced with issues relating to security in Mobile Adhoc networks and areas of its application like wireless internet information system deployed in international borders, collection of sensor data for, Air pollution monitoring or for emergency response system in indoor environment. The present study deals with a novel approach of authentication technique in emergency response system, wherein the mobile user is authenticated making use of his/her biometric traits. This paper presents a design for such a system which uses both physiological and behavioral biometrics traits of a person for authentication. Here gesture with Finger photo biometrics recognition is made use of. An Algorithm is designed using Right Shift method to match the biometric traits of input with preloaded biometric traits.
