摘要：

With the development of the organization, consulting acts as an important role to resolve some critical issues. The purpose of the research is to figure out the current situation in Liaoning Province. Firstly defining Management & Consulting (M&C), and analyzing the characteristics of the business. And then investigating the current situation of M&C business by questionnaire. Finally, analyzing the relative problems in such situation in details.
