摘要
This article presents a preliminary validation of model for IT management in smart cities. Information technology is assumed as a fundamental and cross-cutting element in the development of smart cities, so their adequate management in order to generate added value to each of these sectors is necessary in a city: economy, environment, education, mobility, etc. The theoretical basis that supports the model, its purpose, potential users and base architecture of the model is exposed. The analysis of the results of an initial validation with experts of the proposed model to perform the necessary adjustments to the model in a future release; It will be on which the framework is developed and this will include a capability maturity model and a guide for continuous improvement of the Colombian cities.
